Quinta da Pellada Muleta Red
Grape varieties: Old vineyards with mixed grape varieties.
Vinification: Fermented in vats with minimal intervention, bottled by gravity without filtration.
Aging: 225-litre barrels aged for 10 years.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Very elegant, slightly floral, with notes of wild fruit, as well as some menthol.
Flavour: Lively and acidic. Fresh fruit and spicy flavours enveloped in a refreshing mineral profile, offering a fragrant, long and very balanced finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red meat, roasted or grilled.
