Quinta da Pellada Muleta Red is the result of efforts to preserve the genetic heritage that exists in the Dão region. With minimal intervention, it has very elegant and slightly floral aromas, as well as notes of wild fruit and some menthol. On the palate, it is lively with bright acidity.

    Quinta da Pellada Muleta Red

    Grape varieties: Old vineyards with mixed grape varieties.
    Vinification: Fermented in vats with minimal intervention, bottled by gravity without filtration.
    Aging: 225-litre barrels aged for 10 years.
    Colour: Ruby.
    Aroma: Very elegant, slightly floral, with notes of wild fruit, as well as some menthol.
    Flavour: Lively and acidic. Fresh fruit and spicy flavours enveloped in a refreshing mineral profile, offering a fragrant, long and very balanced finish.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Red meat, roasted or grilled.
