Grape varieties: 100% Touriga Nacional from old clones from plot 5 at Quinta da Pellada.
Vinification: Careful manual selection. Vinified with respect for their natural characteristics.
Aging: In 2-year-old wooden casks for 24 months.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: The scent is full of personality, with a floral aroma.
Flavour: The palate is firm, supported by good acidity and soft tannins. Very fresh, with pure fruit flavours.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red meat dishes, baked or grilled.
