Fábio Fernandes is a resident winemaker at Herdade do Menir in Alentejo, who combined his training in oenology with his interest in mythology to create his own wines.

The adventures began in his grandfather's vineyards, a kind of experimental laboratory, which led to the creation of Pégaso and Mãos na Massa wines, from very old dryland vineyards in Montemor-o-Novo, in the Alentejo.

Irreverence and determination allow us to create unique wines, some of which are unrepeatable, from grape varieties grown in dry vineyards that express themselves best each year, with productions ranging from 400 to 2,800 bottles.
