Grape varieties: Alicante Bouschet 100%.
Aging: 14 months in used French oak barrels.
Colour: Deep garnet.
Aroma: Intensely aromatic, with notes of red fruit with blackberries, raspberries and black berries.
Flavour: Balsamic, mint and cocoa notes, with well-integrated wood. It's full-bodied and voluminous, as well as fresh and spicy.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Storage.
Harmonisation: Oven-roasted meat, black pork feathers, lamb stew.
