Tarelo wines reflect the unique volcanic terroir of the Azores, highlighting grape varieties such as Arinto dos Açores and Verdelho, which are planted in black slate soil.

The very limited production, including a rare fortified wine, positions itself as a symbol of excellence, Azorean authenticity, and respect for the extraordinary heritage of the vineyard landscape of Pico Island.
