Grape varieties: Petit Verdot.
Vinification: In mills with foot treading and pigeage.
Aging: 24 months in new French oak barrels, followed by 12 months in the bottle.
Colour: Intense Ruby.
Aroma: Notes of black fruit, black pepper and liquorice.
Flavour: On the palate it is voluminous, full-bodied, with vigorous tannins balanced by acidity, revealing a long, fresh finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Storage.
Harmonisation: Red meats, game, oven-baked dishes, partridge confit with mushroom risotto.
