    Casa do Canto Bairrada Clássico Tinto

    Grape varieties: Baga (100%).
    Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels and 24 months minimum ageing period after bottling.
    Colour: Grenada.
    Aroma: Intense, predominantly resinous notes and pine oak. Red fruit jam and nuances of toast and spices.
    Flavour: Complex, structured, harmonious and excellent volume in the mouth with a distinct persistence.

    Serve: 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage (25 to 30 years).

    Harmonisation: Spicy white and red meats, game and well-structured cheeses.
