Grape varieties: Petit Verdot (40%), Syrah (30%) e Alicante Bouschet (30%).
Vinification: By grape variety, in presses with foot treading and pigeage/ punching down.
Aging: 2 months in new French oak barrels Allier or Tronçois | Fine Grain.
Colour: Intense.
Aroma: Complex in the aromas with notes of ripe black fruit and spices.
Flavour: Vigorous tannins polished by barrel ageing, with a long, balanced and persistent finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red meat, game, oven-baked dishes, confit partridge with mushroom risotto.
