    Vinification: By grape variety, in presses with foot treading and pigeage/ punching down.
    Aging: 14 months in new French oak barrels Allier or Tronçois | Fine Grain.
    Colour: Opaque and violaceous.
    Aroma: Ripe fruit and spices..
    Flavour: In the mouth it is ample, dense and silky, with mature tannins and a persistent finish, revealing all its ageing potential..

    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Storage.
