Damilano Langhe Chardonnay “G.D.”
Grape varieties: Chardonnay 100%.
Vinification: Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°/18°C for 20 days.
Aging: 50% aged for 6 months in French oak tonneaux (450 L) and the other 50% aged for 6 months in stainless steel, followed by 2 years in the bottle.
Colour: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
Aroma: Intense aromas of white peach, citrus fruits and broom, beautifully blended with notes of roasted peanuts.
Flavour: It is smooth and welcoming, with exceptional freshness and salinity, as well as a long, spicy finish.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Charcuterie, as well as fish and white meats.
