Damilano Langhe Chardonnay ‘G.D.’ is a wine born of challenge and passion, a pure Chardonnay capable of living up to the prestige of the great red wines of Langhe. The name chosen is dedicated to Giacomo Damilano, the founder, who had already realised the vocation and potential of the family's vineyards in 1920.

Damilano Langhe Chardonnay “G.D.”

Grape varieties: Chardonnay 100%.
Vinification: Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°/18°C for 20 days.
Aging: 50% aged for 6 months in French oak tonneaux (450 L) and the other 50% aged for 6 months in stainless steel, followed by 2 years in the bottle.
Colour: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
Aroma: Intense aromas of white peach, citrus fruits and broom, beautifully blended with notes of roasted peanuts.
Flavour: It is smooth and welcoming, with exceptional freshness and salinity, as well as a long, spicy finish.


Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.

Harmonisation: Charcuterie, as well as fish and white meats.
