Textura da Estrela White comes from organic vineyards on granite soils, which are cultivated sustainably and without the use of herbicides. A low intervention wine, without temperature control and somewhat cloudy, with notes of orange peel, as well as raw dried fruit and dried tea leaf, as well as a marked acidity and minerality.

Textura da Estrela White

Grape varieties: Encruzado (60%), Bical (25%) and Cerceal-Branco (15%).
Vinification: Destemming and pressing, static decanting for 48 hours. Fermentation 50%/50% in 2500L vats and French oak barrels.
Aging: Tanks and barrels where it fermented, 11 months sur lie without bâtonnage, followed by 4 months in stainless steel.
Colour: Bright greenish.
Aroma: Complex, with notes of orange peel and raw dried fruit, as well as dried tea leaf, which are the most obvious.
Flavour: Marked acidity and minerality, citrus fruit, creamy texture from partial malolactic fermentation.


Serve: 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.


Harmonisation: White meat, octopus rice and grilled seafood.
