Carlos Raposo Ideal White
Grape varieties: Encruzado, Bical, Cerceal and Malvasia Fina.
Vinification: Grapes are selected and then gently pressed, followed by spontaneous fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Aging: 11 months in French oak barrels.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: Very fresh and delicate character, with mineral notes. The aroma is austere with stone, citrus and floral notes, slight smoky notes, as well as some complexity. The barrel is in perfect harmony.
Flavour: Slightly creamy, with fantastic, well-balanced natural acidity, as well as firm and persistent. Notes of white flowers and dried fruit, as well as a mineral and salty finish.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Oysters, baked fish, poultry, white meats and vegetarian dishes.
