    Grape varieties: Garnacha (Garnacha Peluda)
    Vinification: Hand-picked, fermented in whole bunches with indigenous yeasts.
    Aging: 8 months cement deposits.
    Colour: Ruby.
    Aroma: Complex, aromas of smoke and stone, red and black fruit, mountain herbs and earthy notes.
    Flavour: A delicate bitterness that settles like a cool morning mist over the whole, giving structure, shape and an elegant expression, both now and in the long and enchanting future that lies ahead.

    Serve: 16⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.
