    Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional and Pinot Noir.
    Vinification: Manual selection and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats, with little extraction.
    Aging: 30 months in used oak barrels.
    Colour: Intense and lively.
    Aroma: The aroma shows great complexity, with plums and red fruit aromas.
    Flavour: Very elegant and well-structured, fresh and with velvety tannins. It is subtle, with intense fruit and impressive acidity.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Red and white meat dishes, oven-baked or grilled.
