    Quinta da Pellada Primus White

    Grape varieties: Encruzado, Cercial, Bical, Verdelho, Málvasia, Terrantez, Cachorrinho, Douradinha, others.
    Aging: 9 months in cement egg with fine lees, followed by 15 months in bottle.
    Colour: Lemon yellow.
    Aroma: Exotic citrus fruit.
    Flavour: An ideal marriage of minerality, texture and acidity.

    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.

    Harmonisation: Fish dishes, white meats and salads.
