    Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Branco Curtimenta Branco

    Grape varieties: Wide range of autochthonous grape varieties (Encruzado, Uva-Cão, Bical, Terrantez, etc.)
    Vinification: Total tanning process with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, total stalk in direct skin contact for 1 month.
    Aging: 12 months in 600 Lts barrels.
    Colour: Citric.
    Aroma: White fruit with mineral notes.
    Flavour: Complex balsamic complex with some citrus and honey, with a long and persistent finish.
    Harmonisation: Serra da Estrela cheese, fish and meat dishes.


    Serve: 12⁰
    Consumption: Guard (great potential).
