Grape varieties: Baga.
Vinification: Manual selection and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats, with little extraction.
Aging: 15 months in three 400-litre second/third-use oak casks.
Colour: Intense and lively.
Aroma: The aroma is very elegant, slightly floral, with notes of pine needles and pine.
Flavour: On the palate, it is lively and acidic, with a refreshing mineral profile and good volume, as well as a fragrant, long and very balanced finish.


Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.


Harmonisation: Red and white meat dishes, oven-baked or grilled.
