Pinhal da Torre Resoluto Red
Grape varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Franca & Trincadeira.
Vinification: Vinified using the traditional tanning process, with slight maceration, and not filtered.
Aging: Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Aroma of ripe red fruits and minerals, as well as notes of cocoa and spices.
Flavour: Very refined on the palate, with dry, well-rounded tannins, good acidity and a long finish.
Serve: 15⁰ a 17⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Well-seasoned meat dishes and cheeses.
