Pegos Claros Tintinha 2019
Grape varieties: Tintinha.
Vinification: Hand-picked grapes from a century-old vineyard. Fermented in new 500-litre barrels (French oak).
Aging: 11 months in French oak barrels.
Colour: Ruby closed.
Aroma: Aroma of black fruits, menthol, spices and gouache, enveloped by exquisite and discreet toasted notes from the excellent barrels in which it was aged.
Flavour: A very engaging wine, with noticeable but silky tannins and appealing acidity. It has a deep and very long finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Storage.
Harmonisation: Goes well with grilled or roasted red meats, soft sheep's milk cheeses and blue cheeses.
