    Quinta de Vale Mourisco Syrah

    Grape varieties: Syrah.
    Vinification: Total destemming and crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
    Colour: Grenada.
    Aroma: Red fruits with hints of vanilla.
    Flavour: Full-bodied with well-integrated wood, making it soft and persistent.

    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate.

    Harmonisation: Cod, meat and cheese dishes.
