    Insula Verdelho

    Grape varieties: Verdelho.
    Vinification: Gentle pressing of whole bunches, with separation of two types of must. Decanting after 12 hours of sedimentation. The first pressing fraction ferments in vertical stainless steel vats and the rest in horizontal stainless steel vats and French oak barrels (50%).
    Aging: In the barrels and vats where it fermented.
    Colour: Citrine.
    Aroma: With bottle ageing, it develops aromas of toast, caramel and tropical fruits.
    Flavour: On the palate, it is creamy and silky, with notes of dried fruit and lemon, very fresh and salty.


    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Grilled fish, salads and fresh seafood.
