    Grape varieties: Verdelho 85% and Arinto from the Azores 15%.
    Aging: Stainless steel with indigenous fermentation.
    Colour: Lime green.
    Aroma: Tropical, citrus and mineral notes.
    Flavour: Freshness and tension with a dry and saline finish.

    Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
    Consumption: Immediate.

    Harmonisation: Fish, seafood, white meats, sushi and vegetarian dishes.
