Grand Bella Pinot Noir 2014
Grape varieties: Pinot Noir (100%).
Vinification: Selection of the best bunches, cold maceration before destemming and crushing. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 20 days.
Aging: 24 months in 225-litre French oak barrels (a small amount of which are new).
Colour: Intense Ruby.
Aroma: Very complex, with pronounced aromas of spices, red cherry, as well as a light touch of forest floor and toasted vanilla.
Flavour: Almost full-bodied for the variety, vibrant acidity and medium tannins with plum flavour, very long and concentrated finish.
Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red meats, game dishes, cheeses and chocolate desserts.
