Tourinto Premium Wines accepted the challenge from Chef João Narigueta of the Híbrido Restaurant to harmonise the menu for 16 March, where the blind tasting was a regular feature.
Following the success of the event held at Poda Restaurant at the invitation of owner Miguel Dominguinhos, , who was recently awarded the BIB GOURMAND prize by the Michelin Guide, we were invited to harmonise the menu proposed by Chef João Narigueta from Híbrido Restaurant in Évora.
The wines previously selected and tested were served in a blind tasting, so that the evaluation of the pairing could be an experience where the influence of the labels was not present.
