    Grape varieties: Nebbiolo 100%.
    Aging: 2 years in Slav oak casks of 25 and 50 hl.
    Colour: Intense bright red.
    Aroma: Perfumed, sour cherry, dried flowers, liquorice and tobacco.
    Flavour: A wine of great complexity, fullness and structure. Rich and round and perfumed.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage (25years).

    Harmonisation: Red meats on the spit or grilled, game, "grand cuisine", white and red meat dishes and matured cheeses.
