Arrepiado Tradição Touriga Nacional Tinto
Grape varieties: 100% Touriga Nacional.
Vinification: Harvested by hand in 25kg boxes, followed by tight sorting on a selection table, very light destemming to crack the berries. Natural and spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. 21-day ‘Cuvaison’.
Aging: 18 months in new French oak barrels.
Colour: Concentrated Violet.
Aroma: Very attractive nose, showing intense and pure aromas of fresh black fruits and hints of violets.
Flavour: Engaging and fresh, with fresh and finely textured tannins, with notes of red berry with hints of chocolate. Great freshness and persistence.
Harmonisation: Roasted red meat or game lightly caramelized and served with red fruit compote. It goes perfectly with strong Roquefort type cheese or Azeitão cheese.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
