Vinha das Penicas Brut Nature sparkling wine was born in Terras de Sicó, in the Beira Atlântico sub-region, by the hands of Alberto Almeida. Coming from old vines, it has high acidity, a very fine and persistent bubble, as well as notes of light baking, wild berries and dried fruit.

    Vinha das Penicas Sparkling Wine Brut Nature

    Grape varieties: Vinhas Velhas Field Blend Tintas e Brancas (Baga,Rufete, Grand Noir, Bastardo, Maria Gomes, Cerceal, Bical, Rabo de Ovelha, Dona Branca).
    Aging: 34 months in the bottle. 
    Colour: Bright yellow.
    Aroma: Notes of light baking, wild berries and dried fruit.
    Flavour: On the palate it is fresh, with high acidity and a very fine, persistent bubble.

    Serve: 6 a 8⁰
    Consumption: Immediate.

    Harmonisation: Fish dishes, white meats, Bairrada suckling pig and seafood.
