    Tiago Cabaço Bivarietal Red Blog

    Grape varieties: Alicante Bouschet and Syrah.
    Vinification: Foot treading in lagares followed by fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels.
    Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels, half new, half second year.
    Colour: Very dark, fleshy red colour.
    Aroma: Tense and closed, concentrated and powerful, as well as floral and fruity, it finishes with some earthy notes that add complexity.
    Flavour: Silky and velvety in texture, it is an intense and structured red, vigorous but not aggressive, complex and elegant, with a fresh finish and great ageing potential.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Red meat, roast beef and game.
