    Tiago Cabaço Alicante Bouschet

    Grape varieties: Alicante Bouschet.
    Vinification: After destemming, the grapes were trodden by foot in modern, temperature-controlled stainless steel presses.
    Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.
    Colour: Compact ruby colour.
    Aroma: Complex with notes of ripe red fruit.
    Flavour: Fine but powerful tannins. Long, elegant finish

    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.

    Harmonisation: Red meat, roast beef and game.
