Textura Pretexto White Magnum
Grape varieties: Encruzado 50% and Bical 50%.
Aging: Naturally fermented in stainless steel vats, cement vats and 10% in barrels. Aged on lees in the same tanks for 5 months.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: Delicate aromas associated with brioche, bread yeast and white fruit, as well as mineral notes.
Flavour: Fruit at its most citrusy, combined with a pleasant freshness, as well as some creaminess and a very dry, salty and long finish.
Serve: 10 a 11⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Grilled fish dishes, salads and seafood.
