Grape varieties: Sangiovese.
Vinification: Hand-picked grapes, fermentation in cement and open tanks, maceration for 40 to 60 days.
Aging: 18 months, 10% in new casks, the rest in cement and stainless steel.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Red fruits, spices, aromatic herbs and dried orange peel.
Flavour: Polished and refined, succulent and fresh, chalky and very mineral, finishing with a textured and persistent finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red meat, roast meat, pasta and cheese.
