    IL Marroneto Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2020

    Grape varieties: Sangiovese.
    Vinification: In 25 hl oak vats. After a day of resting the previously destemmed must, the first pumping over takes place for around 5 hours, followed by spontaneous fermentation for 11 to 12 days.
    Aging: 25 hl oak barrels for 39 months, followed by 10 months in the bottle.
    Colour: Ruby open.
    Aroma: A classic Brunello, elegant and structured, vinified to maximise the fragrances of Sangiovese and the typical characteristics of the area.
    Flavour: After months in wood, it remains fresh, fragrant and fruity.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage (20 years).


    Harmonisation: Red meats, game, charcuterie and aged cheeses.
