Aging: 15 months in new French oak barrels followed by 24 months in the bottle.
Colour: Deep ruby colour.
Aroma: Aromatic concentration, with macerated fruit, liquorice, intense balsamic notes and eucalyptus.
Flavour: Dense, muscular tannins, velvety texture and smooth. Great persistence.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Meat dishes, game and roasts.
