    Aging: Some months in stainless steel tanks.
    Colour: Ruby red with abundant violet reflections.
    Aroma: Intense aroma with traces of cherry and ripe plum.
    Flavour: Balanced, fresh, very tannic, fragrant and exuberant, leaving a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage (3 to 4 years).

    Harmonisation: A classic wine for the table, from start to finish, but particularly suitable for Italian-style antipasti, first courses and fresh cheeses.
