It has an intense aroma, sweet floral and honey notes, as well as fruit pulp and hints of raisins. Good acidity, intense flavour with a sweet character, marked by acidity and a long finish.

    Quinta do Sobral Santar Moscatel Galego

    Grape varieties: Moscatel Galego.
    Vinification: Total destemming and immediate pressing. The resulting must was transferred to a stainless steel tank where it decanted for 48 hours and fermented with indigenous yeasts.
    Aging: Stainless steel.
    Colour: Pale yellow.
    Aroma: Intense aroma, sweet floral and honey notes, as well as fruit pulp such as pear and hints of raisins.
    Flavour: Good acidity, intense flavour, robust and sweet character, marked by acidity and a long finish.


    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: White meat, cod dishes, baked fish.
