    Serra Oca Moscatel Graúdo

    Grape varieties: Moscatel Graúdo (100%).
    Vinification: Tanning and fermentation of the whole bunch, without crushing, started in 1000 litre vats with spontaneous yeasts, during which the skins were immersed. Gentle pressing in a vertical hydraulic press. Not filtered or fined.
    Aging: Fermentation was completed in stainless steel vats.
    Colour: Golden.
    Aroma: Aroma of great intensity, with floral, mint and honey notes.
    Flavour: A wine of medium intensity with good structure and freshness, as well as a long finish.


    Serve: 10 to 12⁰

    Consumption: Immediate or storage (decant).


    Harmonisation: A very gastronomic wine for cod and white meat dishes.
