Quinta de San Michel Galego Dourado
Grape varieties: Galego Dourado.
Vinification: Manual harvesting, destemming and crushing, followed by direct pressing. Decanting for 24 hours and fermentation in stainless steel for 22 days.
Aging: For 6 months in used French oak barrels on the lees and 12 months in the bottle.
Colour: Straw yellow.
Aroma: Intense and expressive, notes of matchstick, gunpowder and citrus fruits such as mandarin and green apple, as well as hints of freshly cut herbs.
Flavour: Elegance, finesse and freshness, lively acidity and salinity. The texture is enveloping, with good volume in the mouth, in addition to a mineral profile that is refined and very balanced.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Fish dishes, salads and white meats.
