It has notes of red fruits, blueberries and fresh fruit, and is very elegant, with noticeable tannins, character and great subtlety, as well as being smooth and pleasant, with well-balanced acidity and alcohol.

    Quinta do Sobral Santar Jaen

    Grape varieties: Jaen.
    Vinification: Total destemming for small stainless steel tanks, where they macerated for 24 hours at low temperature. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by transfer to French oak barrels.
    Aging: 12 months in second-year French oak barrels.
    Colour: Cherry red.
    Aroma: Red berries, blueberries and fresh fruit.
    Flavour: Very elegant, with noticeable tannins, character and great subtlety. Light and pleasant, with well-balanced acidity and alcohol.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: White meat and cod dishes.
