Quinta do Paral Old Vines Red Magnum
Grape varieties: Aragonez (50%), Tinta Grossa (50%).
Vinification: Manual selection of whole bunches, destemming and fermentation in a press with mechanical treading at a controlled temperature of 24-28º for 15 days.
Aging: The wine aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Complex wine with aromas of forest fruits combined with spicy notes.
Flavour: On the palate, the particular elegance and balance of the velvety tannins give it a complexity and freshness that only a wine with enormous ageing potential can have.
Serve: 16⁰ a 18⁰.
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red meat, lamb and soft cheeses.
