    Quinta do Paral Origem Perrum

    Grape varieties: Perrum.
    Vinification: Manual selection of Perrum bunches in the old vineyard, the grapes are sorted in the cellar, destemmed and gently pressed. Vinification and ageing took place for 18 months in a cement sphere with battonage.
    Aging: 8 months in cement sphere with battonage.
    Colour: Lemon yellow.
    Aroma: Persistent aromas of orange blossom, lime and grapefruit intertwined with its natural minerality.
    Flavour: On the palate, the firm freshness reveals a wine with absolute and remarkable ageing potential.


    Serve: 10⁰ a 12⁰.
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Grilled tuna steak with asparagus or a seafood salad.
