Grape varieties: Antão Vaz.
Vinification: Manual selection of Antão Vaz bunches in the old vineyard, the grapes are sorted in the cellar, destemmed and gently pressed. Vinification and ageing took place for 18 months in a cement sphere with battonage.
Aging: 18 months in a cement sphere with battonage.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: Its aromas have hints of exotic tropical fruits, surrounded by a passionate freshness and minerality preserved by the cement in which it was aged.
Flavour: Fresh and elegant with a balanced acidity, the identity of the grape variety, it will evolve excellently in the bottle.
Serve: 10⁰ a 12⁰.
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Traditional dishes such as dogfish soup or fish stew.
