Quinta da Leda Red 2021
Grape varieties: Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz.
Aging: 12 months in 225-litre oak barrels, 50% new and 50% used.
Colour: Deep ruby colour.
Aroma: Complex, with black fruits such as plum, spices such as pepper, clove and a hint of curry. Balsamic, cedar and tobacco box, as well as shrubby notes and very well-integrated wood.
Flavour: Good volume, well-integrated acidity and tannins, black fruits and pepper, along with an excellent harmonious and elegant finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red meat, roast meat, game and strong cheeses.
