Portugal Boutique Winery Dinamite Blanc de Blancs
Grape varieties: Arinto, Bical and Chardonnay.
Vinification: Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 17ºC. Second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method.
Aging: 20 months in bottle.
Colour: Straw yellow.
Aroma: Fresh and intense aroma, with great elegance. Fruits such as green apple are noticeable, lending liveliness to the whole.
Flavour: On the palate, it is balanced and delicate, with a creamy mousse and fine bubbles. The finish reveals dried fruits and nuances of pastries.
Serve: 10-12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Seafood, fish, salads and appetisers.
