    Grape varieties: Old Vines.
    Aging: 24 months in third use barriques.
    Colour: Lemon yellow.
    Aroma: Exotic, white orchard fruit, floral and barrel backing.
    Flavour: Quite fresh, vibrant acidity, delicate but very persistent.

    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.

    Harmonisation: Fatty fish, white meats, salads, soft cheeses.
