    Louis Jadot Beaune Theurons Premiere Cru

    Grape varieties: Pinot Noir.
    Vinification: The destemmed grapes ferment in vats for 3 to 4 weeks.
    Aging: In oak barrels produced by our Cadus cooperage for 18 months.
    Colour: Ruby open. 
    Aroma: It has an aromatic bouquet of black fruits, a full body and a broad structure.
    Flavour: On the palate, it's a balanced wine, not too rich, with very good tannins, generous fruit flavours and an excellent long and persistent finish.


    Serve: 16⁰ to 17⁰
    Consumption: Immediate.


    Harmonisation: Roast salmon, roast chicken, grilled red meats: beef, lamb chops, osso bucco, stew, ragu, bœuf bourguignon, duck, partridge, quail, venison, young boar, teppanyaki beef, mashed potatoes with salted butter, Cîteaux, Mont d'Or.
