Já Te Disse Syrah Grand Reserve
Grape varieties: Syrah.
Vinification: In mills with foot treading and pigeage.
Aging: 24 months in new French oak barrels, followed by 12 months in the bottle.
Colour: Intense Ruby.
Aroma: Notes of ripe berries and subtle wood.
Flavour: On the palate, it is highly complex, with nuances of dark chocolate and coffee beans, perfectly balanced by acidity, which counteracts its strength and leads to a long finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Storage.
Harmonisation: Red meats, game, oven-baked dishes, partridge confit with mushroom risotto.
