    Fitapreta Palpite Red

    Grape varieties: 30% Alicante Bouschet, 20% Aragonez,20% Castelão, 20% Trincadeira, 10%outras (Alfrocheiro, Baga, Tinta Carvalha, Tinta Miúda).
    Vinification: Manual night harvest. Selection on sorting table. The grapes are crushed without crushing and fall into the vat by gravity, without the use of pumps, avoiding additional crushing. Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. 21 days of cuivason.
    Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels.
    Colour: Red fruit concentrate.
    Aroma: Red fruit concentrate.
    Flavour: Subtle notes of menthol with ripe fruit and round tannins. The finish is intense and persistent.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Serve with game dishes or spicy red meats.
