Entre Pedras Efusivo White is a wine with vibrant acidity, mostly made from Arinto from the Azores, a wine made on an island in the middle of the Atlantic. With notes of fresh fruit and a subtle touch of wood, it surprises with its marked acidity, salinity and minerality, characteristic of the region's wines.

    Description

    Entre Pedras Efusivo White

    Grape varieties: Mostly Arinto from the Azores.
    Aging: Stainless steel with indigenous fermentation followed by barrels.
    Colour: Crystalline.
    Aroma: The nose has a very subtle touch of wood without ever drowning out the purity of the fruit.
    Flavour: On the palate, it's creamy and elegant with plenty of saline and low tide notes, and finishes quite unctuous but with a very Azorean tension.

    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate.

    Harmonisation: It can be combined with more challenging meals.
