Grape varieties: Garnacha.
Vinification: Fermentation with whole bunches, prolonged maceration (40-45 days).
Aging: In oak barrels and cement vats, without clarification or filtration.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: Red fruit such as cherries and strawberries, notes of violet and lavender, as well as herbs, spices and earthy notes.
Flavour: Medium-bodied, with silky tannins and vibrant acidity, juicy fruit, minerality and a long, harmonious finish.
Serve: 16⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: White meat, game, charcuterie.
